ORGANISER & ELIGIBILITY

  • This MONSTER.COM GETAWAY [“the Campaign”] is organised by Monster Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. [513480-X] [“the Organiser”]. The campaign is open to all Malaysian residents above 21 years old as on 09 June 2008. However, only the registered member of Monster Malaysia and complete an online resume in www.monster.com.my are eligible to win the prize.
  • Jobseekers shall assume full liability in the case of any mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents arising from their participation in the Campaign and/or redemption of the prize.
  • Monster shall not be held liable for any resume that is incomplete or illegible due to problems such as computer malfunctions, lost connections or transmission errors.
  • Monster reserves the rights to, at any time, vary, add or amend the Campaign mechanics (including the prize and discontinuing the Campaign) or any part of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  • Monster shall not be liable to the jobseekers or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any jobseeker as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on the part of Monster.
  • The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Campaign:
  • Employees of the Organiser [including its associated and related companies] and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses]; and/or
  • Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser [including their associated and related companies] and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses].
  • The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Campaign in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser, despite the best efforts of the Organiser.

DURATION

  • This Campaign will run from 09 June 2008 to 09 August 2008 [“the Campaign Period”]. The Organiser shall reserve the right to amend the Campaign Period at any time. All resumes received outside the Campaign Period will be disqualified.

SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES AND QUALIFYING CRITERIA

  • To participate in this Campaign the user must be a registered jobseeker and complete an online resume via www.monster.com.my. New jobseeker must sign-up a free account in monster.com.my and complete an online resume while the current registered jobseeker must update their resume in Monster.com.my and refer 3 friends. To win the prize, jobseeker must invite his/her 3 friends to sign-up as jobseeker and make sure all his/her friends has complete an online resume. In additional, the jobseeker and his 3 friends must answer 3 questions about Monster correctly.
  • All jobseeker, both new and registered with www.monster.com.my can invite friends to participate in the Campaign. If the jobseeker’s friends sign-up and post their resume, they are given automatic entry to the campaign. A maximum of three (3) invited friends is allowed per jobseeker. Only one group of friends including his 3 invited friends will the grand prize and a consolation prize.
  • Each jobseeker may only have ONE [1] Monster.com’s profile. Please refer to the privacy policy and the terms and conditions in this website, which will bind the members and users of the website.
  • Registration is only open to Malaysian residents with a valid NRIC or Passport No., residential address and e-mail address.
  • Campaign registration period will run from 00:00:00 09 June 2008 until 23:59:59 09 August 2008 ["Registration Period"]. Registrations received outside the Registration Period will be automatically disqualified.
  • Each jobseeker is only entitled to ONE [1] chance to refer 3 friends. Subsequent registrations by the same jobseeker will be disqualified.
  • The Campaign shall in all respects be governed by the laws of Malaysia. However, it shall be the sole responsibility and obligation of each jobseeker and Winner to ensure that he/she complies with and does not contravene any laws to which he/she may be personally subject.
  • The Organiser, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any jobseeker that is found or suspected of tampering with the Campaign submission process, the operation of this Campaign or to be in violation of the Conditions of Access of the web-site.
  • Please see other entry requirements as stated below. All entries which do not comply with any of the above mentioned specifications, requirements and the terms and conditions herein will be automatically disqualified.
